We design and manufacture Engineered systems and other Process Systems units in Borosilicate glass for different application in Pharmaceuticals, Fine Chemicals & other related industries. We are located at outskirts of Mumbai, in India.

We undertake projects ranging from smallest Lab scale Units to Largest Production Plant capacities.
We always try to bring innovative solutions to achieve ultra purity of products & in-situ cleaning of the system.
Our method of Project management is as follows. We designate a project manager, who will lead the project team and will be your single contact point. The project starts with a validated P&ID and basic studies of project. Quality & Qualifications are taken into consideration at each & every steps of the project. Data sheets & Test sheets are formed which summarises all the specifications for Manufacture & Testing of each and every component. The project is then designed with the help of computer modelling. Then after reviews & finalisation, the unit is build & tested at our plant. Then various tests including FAT are carried out, in presence of the Client.
After approval, the unit is dismantled and shipped to the project site. Then installation at the Client’s site, Commissioning & Qualifications (SAT, IQ, OQ) etc are carried out. Finally Documentation is submitted to the Client.
General Properties of Materials:- Borosilicate glass is a highly valued material for cGMP compliance installation. Along with Borosilicate glass, we use PTFE Bellows, Crescent Rings etc, which is also an approved material in FDA applications, to install Process System Assemblies.
Borosilicate glass has a lot of properties, which are suitable for Pharmaceuticals / Chemical industries.
IT is a very high hygienic material and will not foul with any other material. The properties, such as capability to withstand high vacuum, high temperature shock and its high inertness to almost all chemicals makes it most favourable material in Pharmaceuticals & Allied industries.
