CHEMPROSYS valves are designed & manufactured to provide maximum reliability in service with minimum maintenance. The MOC of wet parts are Borosilicate glass 3.3 & PTFE. Borosilicate glass 3.3 has a number of special properties that are highly valued in pharmaceutical industries, in conjunction with PTFE – a material approved in accordance with FDA catalogue, offers very high edge to use these valves in cGMP installations.
The valves are designed for the inter-changeability with many pipeline components.
Proper installation of valves in the system ensures minimum dead space and thus any build-up of unwanted deposits. Also it is possible to clean inside the valves, easily.
Line valves are used for on/off or coarse regulation of liquid flow.
